This new kids' third shirt is made by top football shirt manufacturer Puma and is designed to be significantly different in color and pattern from the usual Rangers home shirts. Previous away and third kits have been white, navy, black, and red, but never this heavily designed. The new third shirt for the 2014 – 2015 season features a segment of the Union Jack flag on the front of the jersey.

In terms of color, the shirt comes in two tones of red. The brighter red is the main base color of the football shirt, while the darker red is used for detailing the Union Flag and adding a contrasting element and pattern to the torso of the shirt.

The third kid's shirt is a short-sleeved shirt and has a round-neck shirt collar. This is a simple and classic feature whilst being comfortable for your child to wear when playing football or just exercising. The Rangers club crest and the Puma brand logo are both stitched in white on the chest of the shirt while the club’s sponsors – 32 Red – have their logo printed in the center of the shirt in white.

The Puma third shirt features a small amount of blue trim, in the form of curve lines down the sides of the torso and a small segment of blue on the tips of the football shirt sleeves. This sits below the stitched Puma icons on each sleeve and features the founding date of Glasgow Rangers – 1872 – inside the blue stitched on in white.

The Rangers kid's third football shirt is made from 100% polyester for a lightweight result suitable for playing football and comfortable wear. The added benefits of polyester are durability against inevitable bumps and scrapes from tackling and sliding, but also that the shirt is machine washable for an easy clean. The shirt additionally features Puma’s dryCELL moisture technology, as proven by the kit label. This science draws sweat away from the body, into the shirt, and pushes it back out so it evaporates into the air. This keeps the shirt dry, and your child cool, and spares irritation.
